Gigabyte u1b uefi bios updating

Place it and your AWARD BIOS on a bootable USB stick, boot to it and type "efi2award" without the quotes, where is your BIOS filename.

Make sure you have loaded optimal defaults before you flash.

I used a bootable usb stick and it seemed to work fine.

I have and I have several Bioses on my PC all with different Md5's yet the same stated Bios Version.

The files were downloaded several times from different servers and Md5's checked to make sure that the file was not corrupt.

Upon rebooting, the pc now just loops on and off without posting. 3100 (12-15-14-35-CR1) @1.66V 2x SSD Corsair Force GS 128 (RAID 0), WD Caviar Black SATA3 1TB HDD, Evga GTS 450 SC, Gigabyte Superb 720W XSPC Ray Storm D5 EX240 (Liquid Ultra) NZXT Phantom 630 Ultra Tower Win 7 SP1 x64; Win 8.1 x64; Apologies, u1b is the bios. I realise it's beta but I thought I'd be safe with dual bios chips.

Is there anyway to recover or any key combination to hold down on power up to get the motherboard to read a bios file from usb?
