So, yes, you can get in trouble if you were to pursue a physical relationship with him. Even if you and he had absolutely nothing in common, he'd be interested in you.
You might be interpreting his interest in you as maturity. But as the adult, it's your responsibility to realize that the relationship is wrong.
the farthest we've ever gone is kissing and heavy petting. im also worried because hes a complicated guy he has issues and he needs a strong woman to take care of him and i feel lik i cant be that woman for him...i feel lik im not giving him what he needs..im not sure what to do..i should hold onto him or if thats even what he needs...should i let go??? this situation sounds very familiar, i was also about to turn 14 and he had just barely turned 19...our relationship was completely secret because me parents didn't approve of me even hanging out with him with other people around...i eventually let him go because i felt the same...i regret it now every now and again but i think it was best in the long run he is a musician and goes all over the country to play small gigs and i dont hear from him anymore, so all i can say is its your choice, maybe ask someone trusted that know su both and wont tell In my opinion the ages are far too different.
I'm going to steal what someone else said in a similar thread: "you're 14 and he's 19, your ideas of relationships are going to be radically different". He was a BAD influence, and it's a toxic relationship...
If he was forty and you were ten it would be legal (but that is horrible Im not condoning that! If you two do have sex he will be done for statory rape and im sure you dont want that for boyfriend so just dont be tempted and you two will be fine :) It is not illegal to date. Here, if one of the people is 18 or older and the other is at least 4 years younger, it is illegal to have sex.
If anyone finds out, the older person could be charged with rape - not be careful :) It is not illegal to go out regularly with someone, which is what dating is, regardless of the age difference.
i dont see him for about two weeks and then he stays at my house for about a week.
anyway our relationship is a strange one not because of age but because we hardly ever see eachother.

If they are okay with the relationship being NON sexual then I wouldn't think that they would turn you in. A nineteen year old should be worried about college and having fun not having to babysit their 14 year old date.
im wondering i know someone that is 14 and is in love with a 19 year old if its not a sexual relationship are they able to date in B. basically im wondering is it illeagal so have a sexual realtionship or a regualer relationship or what the info you can give me You can certainly date.
